Day One

Congratulations on making it past Day One! Getting started is the hardest part.

I’m sure you are aching a little bit after your initial test and your first day, but the pain means things are working, and after a week or so you should be able to see improvement straight away with an increase in the number of reps you can do without feeling like you did back on your first day.

So don’t lose hope, and congratulations again.

If you get to the end of the first six weeks and want to go for another round, go for it – there’s enough time until summer for another six week round and maybe try and up how many you do each time you work out.

Don’t forget that you only need to do them three days a week, and Monday Wednesday and Friday works the best, but tailor it to your own needs!
