Welcome to the TwitFit Challenge!

The TwitFit Challenge is a fitness challenge thought up by @monnie. It takes the One Hundred Push Ups (hundredpushups.com), the Two Hundred Sit Ups (twohundredsitups.com) and Two Hundred Squats (twohundredsquats.com) challenges and brings them together. It’s September already, and there are 12 weeks to go until the really hot weather hits us and we bring out those icy white legs for Summer.

Alternatively, you could start to be facing the cold months on the other side of the world and want to keep your fitness through the blisteringly cold Winter! Well, never fear. If you’re on Twitter join in with this fun challenge aimed at keeping you motivated and inspired with just ten minutes out of your day and your strength and fitness improved.

No special diets required, I promise. I hate diets. Jump on board and stick with it, and see what happens! You can also choose to do a picture diary of your six weeks ala Twitter365 to document your journey.
