Tracking your progress

Once you get started, each program also has its own iPhone app (available for $1.99US on the app store). There is also an online website that tracks your progress for all three programs at http://www.pushupslogger.com. Just sign up on the side! You can also tweet your progress directly from the website if you like.
If you are participating, use the hashtag #twitfit so that others can see how you are going and encourage each other. Try to remind others by tweeting that you’ve just done yours for the day!
