This round of the challenge is going to start on Monday September 7th, 2009. It will run for six weeks.

Over the weekend before the challenge begins, it is recommended you visit each of the three websites and pick one or two you are going to focus on for your challenge. If you feel like you can, do all three, but you don’t have to.

Each website has an initial test to highlight your current fitness level for that excercise and determine where to start and how to plan your program. The websites are very informative and will help you get started.

You should take your initial test and find out where you are due to start on your first day which is Monday. You can do your first day in the morning, or at night, whatever one feels right for you. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and have an open space, and always drink plenty of fluids. You’re now ready to start on Monday for the six week challenge!
